We offer reserved parking in our 2 story parking garage. The first reserved parking space is $125 and the second reserved space is $75.

We have 10 guest parking spaces in our garage. You may reserve guest parking anytime for $10 per space/per day by calling the leasing center.

Commons Park is a large outdoor space that is dog friendly and also has jogging trails and access to the Platte River. It is one block north. There is also a park specifically for dogs just up the street called Railyard Dog Park.

Our fitness center is open 24 hours. 

We have bike racks located on both levels of our parking garage that are free of charge. We also have storage areas available for rent in the garage areas that are $50 per month.

We do not have a hot tub on site. We have a beautiful pool that is heated and open for use 365 days per year.

Our business center is available for use 24 hours and offers 5 Apple computers, complimentary Wi-Fi, a printer, copier, a private conference room equipped with a 65” LED TV and food service area. Our business center also has a comfortable seating area, 3 work tables and 2 private offices. All of the business center amenities are complimentary for Alara residents.
